Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our Allied Health team as an Occupational Therapy Assistant. The successful candidate will provide therapeutic care and activity programs, working under the direction of our Occupational Therapist.
Key responsibilities include delivering therapeutic activities, assisting with exercises, and facilitating meaningful activity programs that enhance the quality of life for our residents.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* A Certificate III in Allied Health Assistance is required for this role.
* Experience in aged care or a similar health setting is preferred, but not essential.
* Understanding of manual handling practices, WHS, and infection control is crucial for the safe delivery of care.
* The ability to follow clinical instruction and work under supervision is also essential.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration with the healthcare team.

About the Role
