Recent work includes: Supporting challenger telco brands with segmentation, choice modelling, dual brand and comms trackers, and agile ad hoc projects across product, comms and CX.
Partnering with a national property developer on strategy for residential developments - combining quant, qual, modelling and co-creation workshops.
Working with a global payments provider and their partners on U&As; that fuel innovation with consultancy-style delivery, stakeholder workshops and high-level exposure.
Advising a fast-growing food brand across brand health, reputation, message testing and product development — a dynamic mix of tracking and strategic project work.
