This role will have you overseeing our fleet, keeping every bus and buggy tour-ready and compliant with industry standards. From making sure safety is locked in to keeping our operations humming, you'll be the backbone that keeps us moving.

Areas of Responsibility General Operations Superhero Design and deliver thrilling itineraries that will make our travelers fall head-over-boots in love with the Outback.
Recruit and train a team of superhuman driver guides who can handle anything the NT throws their way.
Solve problems with flair, answer the burning questions, and keep all the gears turning.
Oversee vehicle dispatch, stock up on food supplies, and make sure every adventure starts off on the right foot.
Jump behind the wheel yourself if the need arises – after all, what's an Outback adventure without a surprise or two?
Keep our suppliers, stakeholders, and partners in your good graces, building relationships like a pro.
Lead our team by example, ensuring they live and breathe Autopia's values of adventure, integrity, and unending enthusiasm.
Develop training programs that keep our driver guides sharp and ready for anything.
Plan, schedule, and roster like a time-traveling wizard, so everyone knows exactly where they're needed.
Operational Maestro Get friendly with maintenance software, coordinate coach allocation, and keep the fleet in tip-top shape.
Assist with the onboarding process, ensuring every new face feels at home in the Autopia family.
Handle driver communication, troubleshooting, and even assist on the operations hotline like the rockstar you are.
Manage tour and charter schedules, ensure vehicle servicing, and keep us compliant with Bus Safety regulations.
Stay on top of fleet capacity to keep up with demand without missing a beat.
Fleet Administration & Compliance Guru Ensure our fleet complies with all regulations, crossing every "T" and dotting every "I."
Be the go-to for administrative tasks, data entry, and maintaining our top-notch fleet standards.
Who we're looking for: Jack-of-all-Trades Mastery : You've got solid chops in maintenance, repairs, and all things handyman (bonus points if you can MacGyver a campground fix in the middle of nowhere).
Laser-Focused Attention to Detail : No loose bolt or leaky tap escapes your eagle eye, and you're always one step ahead on problem-solving.
Team Player Extraordinaire : You work well with the crew but also know when to dive in solo – a perfect balance of camaraderie and independence.
License to Thrill : You hold a Heavy Vehicle License and H endorsement, so you're all set to drive the big rigs and keep the passengers rolling safely.
