**Job Opportunity:**
The Maintenance Support Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating maintenance support services in accordance with approved plans.
* Ensure Annual, One plus One and Five-Year Work Programs meet organizational standards.
* Provide regular maintenance status updates and develop Technical Work Instructions.
* Conduct technical investigations into defects and critical systems as needed.
* Analyze ongoing schedule risk to ensure compliance.
* Review and assure TPCCs and associated progress metrics.
For this role, we are seeking a candidate with a recognized Vocational Education and Training qualification (minimum AQF 5) in a relevant technical trade or engineering discipline.
Applicants should have over 10 years of experience in a Defence maintenance position, including at least 2 years in leadership roles within maintenance.
