The Human Resources Business Partner role is a pivotal position that plays a critical role in shaping the workplace culture and driving performance. As a key member of the team, you will influence key policies, processes, programs, and employee experiences to foster an engaged, high-performance workplace culture.
* Implement APAC Policies and Processes: Champion, educate, and deliver key policies and processes across the APAC region to promote a collaborative, dynamic work environment.
* Talent Management: Lead recruitment and onboarding efforts for new team members in our APAC locations, ensuring a seamless integration into the organisation and bringing our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to life.
* People Development: Implement, coach, and embed key performance and development initiatives, including digitising the learning experience to enhance employee growth and capability.
* Health & Safety Hazard Management: Support and maintain comprehensive Health & Safety strategies and risk management processes, promoting a safety-first workplace culture across all locations.
* Reporting: Regularly report on Recruitment, Health & Safety, and People metrics, providing actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
* Regulatory Compliance: Ensure full compliance across the APAC region with Employment Law and Health & Safety legislation, maintaining adherence to all regulatory requirements.
