Clinic Manager Role
Oversee clinic operations and supervise a team of healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient experiences. Ensure efficient clinic management and compliance with regulations.
* Administrative Oversight: Maintain adherence to internal processes, policies, and regulatory requirements.
* Supervise staff, including hiring, training, and enforcing policies as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain regulatory compliance through adherence to federal, state, and TGA regulations.
* Coordinate patient transitions and guide usage with dispensaries.
* Oversee patient intake processes, registration, confidentiality protocols, billing, payments, reporting, and expenses.
* Foster positive relationships between practitioners and clinic staff.
* Support practitioners and address conflicts professionally.
