About Your New Role
The Business Improvement Officer is responsible for analysing, and driving initiatives that deliver transformational change, improve our business processes, enhance operational efficiency, and support our strategic and organisational goals. The role involves working both independently providing delivery, analysis, improvement, and change-management expertise, and collaboratively as part of a broader cross-functional team.

We're Looking For Someone With
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Project/Program Management or similar or equivalent industry experience will be highly regarded.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role or as a business analyst, business process analyst, project manager or change analyst.
Driver licence, Class C unrestricted is desirable.
Formal qualifications in one or more of the following are highly desirable:
Six Sigma Yellow Belt or above or equivalent.
Certified Business Process Associate (CBPA) or above or equivalent.
PRINCE2 Project Management or above or equivalent.
PROSCI or Change Management Practitioner or above or equivalent.
