About the Role

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to work in a dynamic environment, providing rehabilitation services to patients. The successful candidate will be part of a friendly team, working across various inpatient areas, including orthopaedic rehabilitation, general reconditioning, acute medical, and neurological conditions.

* The main duties include assisting with pre-op joint replacement screening, being an integral team member in post-surgery day rehabilitation programs, and close communication with the medical team, allied health professionals, and nursing staff.
* Therapy will involve self-care re-training, home assessments, falls prevention, and health promotion for patients with various medical conditions.
Key Requirements

* Relevant tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy or a related field.
* Full registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
* Current driver's license.
* A desire to learn and work collaboratively within a team.
* Flexibility with hours and days.
