About the Opportunity
We are seeking an exceptional Pasta Chef to join our opening team in Sydney this October.
This role will focus on the preparation and production of our handcrafted pasta, ensuring the highest quality and consistency in every dish.
The Ideal Candidate Must Have
Strong skills in pasta production, from dough-making to shaping and finishing
Experience with Italian cuisine is essential
Chef experience in an a-la-corte restaurant
Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for precision in preparation
Able to work morning shifts
Highly adaptable and able to perform in high-pressure service periods
Solid understanding of food safety standards
Proven ability to work collaboratively within a high-performing team
Organisational and time management skills
Qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
