**Pricing and Contracts Specialist**

**What you will enjoy doing**
- Understand customer behavior, conduct price impact and trend analysis, recognize signals of growth, change or opportunity
- Your primary responsibility is to ensure customer retention, maintenance of customer notification processes and cross functional collaboration with a wide variety stake holders
- Conduct Ad-hoc price reviews, follow through to completion with appropriate accuracy and quality assurance
- You will run scheduled reporting and actively engage with Sales Force on all levels, to assist with contract management, customer management and workload management
- You shall also participate in regular business audits (internal, external, SOX), provide visible leadership at all times with a first point resolution (FPR) approach and assist in resolving queries within expected timeframes
**What makes you great**
- You shall possess industry relevant experience with understanding of the basic elements of pricing and contract management (essential)
- Expertise in Health Care and Scientific Contracts (highly desirable)
- You will have SAP knowledge - commercial functionality and reporting tools along with strong Microsoft office and excel skills
- Understand order to cash process and have imbedded problem solving, time management and influencing skills along with ability to negotiate outcomes
- Your skill set should include Automation - SQL/Apache/Athena/R Studio (desired)
