Senior Governance Lead
Job Description:
* We are seeking a Senior Governance Lead to join our team and contribute to the development of quality and safety systems across nursing and allied health services. This role will be instrumental in ensuring culturally safe, evidence-based, best practice care for Aboriginal community members.
As a key member of our leadership team, you will work collaboratively with clinicians, managers, and other stakeholders to design, implement, and monitor a contemporary Clinical Governance Framework that embeds cultural safety principles throughout all governance processes.
The ideal candidate will possess significant experience as a senior clinician or manager within healthcare settings. They should have expertise in clinical governance frameworks and accreditation requirements.
