Job Opportunity for a Solicitor - Insurance
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solicitor to join our Canberra insurance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in common law tort claims, statutory workers compensation, and CTP claims.
* Investigate and litigate claims, providing expert advice and support on strategy, resolution, and coverage.
* Broaden skills across various areas of insurance, including public liability, regulatory investigations, medical negligence, immigration, and general insurance claims.
Key Requirements:
* Experience in insurance and litigation, with a strong analytical mindset.
* Critical analysis skills in respect of expert reports, contracts, and/or legislation and regulatory documents.
* Ability to draft clear and concise communications, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
