About the Role
As a rehabilitation consultant, you will be working with individuals who are injured or have disabilities, helping them return to work through tailored assessments and guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conducting meaningful assessments of clients' abilities and creating personalized plans for their return to work.
* Collaborating with various stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, employers, and insurers, to develop solutions that support clients' recovery and reintegration into the workforce.
* Visiting workplaces to identify barriers and advocate for safer and healthier environments.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Tertiary qualification in occupational therapy, physiotherapy, or exercise physiotherapy.
* Registration with AHPRA or ESSA.
* Full working rights and a full Australian driving license.
