HR Strategist
About the Position:
You will be responsible for providing expert HR advice to our health portfolios, driving strategic partnerships and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives
* Supporting leaders in developing people management capabilities
* Managing people change initiatives including integration, transformation, and performance improvement
* Ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations
* Driving employee engagement and retention initiatives
Requirements:
* Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with ability to drive business outcomes
* Relevant tertiary qualifications or applied industry experience
* Demonstrated HR experience with focus on strategy and business partnership
* Demonstrated ability to source, synthesise, and analyse data to drive informed decision making
