Manage and maintain BIM models and BIM 360 portals for seamless project delivery. Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to resolve design challenges. Produce photorealistic renders and marketing imagery to bring concepts to life. Support tender, preconstruction, and construction phases with technical expertise. Liaise with authorities for approvals and compliance. What We’re Looking For Degree-qualified Architect with strong documentation and detailing skills. Proficiency in BIM software and experience managing multi-disciplinary models. Solid understanding of Australian NCC and local authority processes. Commercial/industrial experience preferred, but strong technical skills from other sectors welcome. A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a collaborative team environment.
