The Role:
* Provide backbone support to the property Management Team
* Ensure all tasks Property Management related are completed and carried out
* Conducing routine inspections
* Ingoing and outgoing inspections
* Record and handling keys
* Assisting Property Management team to meet targets and objectives
* Ad hoc administration
The Candidate:
* Keen, eager and ready to indulge in this once in a lifetime opportunity
* Keen interest in Property Management, a Certificate of Registration, own car & drivers license
* Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills are essential
* The willingness to grow and progress – the last person has been promoted
