Locum Occupational Therapist - Sydney Private Hospital

The Role
* Deliver high-quality OT services across rehabilitation and surgical wards
* Assess and manage patients with a wide range of acute and chronic conditions
* Set meaningful short and long-term goals with patients and families
* Participate in case conferences, rehab planning, and family meetings
* Develop effective discharge programs, including home visits and equipment prescription
* Work both autonomously and collaboratively within a dynamic MDT
What We're Looking For
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a hospital setting (acute and/or rehab)
* Current AHPRA registration
* Strong clinical reasoning and decision-making skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Compassionate, flexible, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
