We have experienced rapid growth in our e-commerce channels and are now seeking a savvy, results driven, strategic thinking E-commerce Marketing Assistant to help us take your career and our web channels to the next level.
As our E-commerce Marketing Assistant, you will work closely with the marketing and ecommerce team to keep our website content accurate and up to date. You will help manage homepage updates, product launches, and promotions, while ensuring product data, imagery, sizing, and inventory details are maintained.
What You'll Do:
Key responsibilities
· Ecommerce and website support
· Update website banners, homepage content, and promotional messaging
· Assist with product uploads including descriptions, images, and categories
· Improve product pages including writing descriptions and adding new video content
· Support merchandising for promotions and seasonal campaigns
· Social media and influencers - Assist with day to day management of our social.. media channels (Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok)
· Capture content in house and on location for product drops and promotional campaigns
· Support community engagement and performance reporting
· Source product imagery, customer content, and user generated content
· Assist with influencer collaborations including coordination, briefing, and tracking outcomes
· Some experience with platforms such as Klaviyo, Google analytics and Google ads
What You'll Bring
· years in an e-commerce or digital marketing role.
· Experience with Shopify and a strong understanding of its functionality.
· Strong attention to detail with good written and communication skills
· Superior organisational abilities — able to manage multiple priorities at once.
· Confident using Meta Business Suite for organic posting and content planning.
· Comfortable to be behind a camera or using your phone camera for video content
· Enjoy creating or consuming social content and paying attention to what works
· Knowledge of Canva or basic video editing skills.
· Some experience with platforms such as Klaviyo, Google analytics and Google ads
· Self-motivated, proactive, and passionate about online retail and digital growth.
