Based in Melbourne, Air Everywhere Victoria predominantly service Commercial and Residential Sectors throughout the greater Melbourne region.
As we are in the process of a planned expansion (this role being integral to that) we take this hire very seriously and are looking for the right candidate to help shape the future of our business and play a crucial role in the growth of our company.
At Air Everywhere Victoria you will work in an energetic team of ambitious, hard‐working and well‐trained refrigeration mechanics, plumbers and electricians of varying experience levels and an ability to fit in with this culture and contribute to it is required.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
* Apprentice Refrigeration/Air Conditioning Mechanic – ideally 2nd or 3rd year, but we accept 1st year or mature aged applicants.
* Role commences in 2026 and provides opportunity to work across HVAC service/maintenance and installation divisions.
* Must have an interest in being a tradesman, and an understanding that being a tradesman is hard work.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
* Current driver's licence and ability to drive a manual.
* Appropriate physical fitness, able to lift/move heavy items.
* Computer / phone / tablet proficiency.
* Positive attitude and hard‐working mentality.
* Good time management.
* Ability to think on your feet.
* Professional and reliable customer interactions across diverse clientele.
* Experience using Aroflo – extremely highly regarded.
* Experience with other project management software – highly regarded.
* Any applicable pre-apprenticeship courses – highly regarded.
