Job Overview
This is a dynamic role that requires a high degree of autonomy and self-motivation. The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering with senior sales leaders to drive operational excellence and improve sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide timely sales analytics, including weekly pipeline analysis, forecasting, and sales results
* Own business inspections, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
* Develop and implement sales territories and quota settings
* Identify operational issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design solutions
* Ensure system integrity in Salesforce and make recommendations for enhancements
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred
* Proven experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or a related analytical role
* Strong proficiency in Clari, Salesforce (Sales Cloud), Excel, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
* Proven experience with sales analytics, forecasting, pipeline management, and territory/quota planning
* Demonstrated ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights
* Experience supporting senior sales leadership with reporting, business reviews, and strategic planning
