Your Role as Disability Support Worker
You’ll deliver this role by:
* Collaborate with the team to provide seamless, person‑centred support
* Assist individuals with daily living needs, including personal care, household tasks, hospitality, and community participation
* Encourage and support each person to achieve and maintain their highest level of independence and wellbeing

What We’re Looking For
* Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent/relevant
* Strong written, spoken, and comprehension English skills
* Ability to provide high-quality personal care and lifestyle support, including for people with complex needs
Essential Requirements
* Proof of COVID-19 vaccination status (or as required by legislation and WMQ policy)
* Relevant probity checks required by legislation and WMQ Limited policy.
* Current Australian Driver’s Licence and willingness to travel for work
* NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (Yellow Card)
* Current First Aid and CPR Certificates
