The Trade Assistant / Yard Person role involves site establishment work, a physically demanding position that requires maintaining a clean workspace, supporting a busy operations team, and undertaking manual labor duties.
Key responsibilities include:
* Fencing and site cleanup
* Operating equipment such as Bobcats and excavators
* Loading and unloading materials and equipment
* Using basic hand and power tools
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Previous laboring or site experience (around 6 months or more)
* A valid forklift license (mandatory)
* An HR license (desirable but not essential)
* Basic physical fitness and ability to lift heavy loads
