About The Role
We are seeking
experienced and compassionate Aged Care Support Staff
to work within
residential aged care facilities
across the
Singleton & Hunter Valley
region.
This role involves supporting elderly residents with daily living and personal care needs while maintaining dignity, safety, and quality of care.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide personal care (showering, toileting, grooming, dressing)
* Assist with mobility, transfers, and repositioning
* Support residents with meals and hydration
* Provide companionship and emotional support
* Follow individual care plans and facility procedures
* Observe and report changes in residents' condition
* Work collaboratively with nurses and facility staff
* Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful environment
Essential Requirements
* Certificate III or IV in Aged Care / Individual Support (or equivalent)
* Current Police Check or NDIS Worker Screening Check
* Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
* Previous experience working in a residential aged care facility
* Current Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
* Strong communication skills and a caring, professional approach
