We're on the lookout for an Agriculture Educator to deliver high-quality training across Certificate III, Certificate IV, and Diploma programs. This is your chance to guide the next generation of ag professionals – from fresh trainees to experienced learners ready to upskill.

What You'll Be Teaching
You'll deliver vocational training in areas such as:
* Pasture-based agronomy – grazing management, pasture production, soil health, fertiliser strategies
* Livestock production – nutrition, animal health, breeding, and welfare
* Biosecurity and sustainable practices
* Farm business operations – budgeting, record keeping, staffing, and farm planning
You'll be teaching a diverse cohort of learners, from young trainees starting their careers to mature students seeking a career change or promotion. No two days are the same – and that's what makes it exciting.
Mandatory Requirements
* A Certificate IV in Agriculture (or related discipline) or substantial, relevant industry experience
* A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122), or a willingness to obtain it with financial support to cover course fees and dedicated time to complete course
* Strong practical knowledge in one or more key areas listed above
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage learners of all ages and experience levels
* A passion for agriculture, lifelong learning, and supporting student success
* Current Victorian Working with Children Clearance
* Current Police check (not older than 12 months)
* Driver's License
* A six-month probationary period applies to this role
