About the role
You'll begin your journey with comprehensive, fully paid training, guided by experienced travel professionals in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Upon successful completion, you'll transition into a Travel Consultant role, with long-term career pathways and growth opportunities within Ignite's My Holidays team.

Responsibilities
* Selling and booking compelling holiday packages tailored to customer needs
* Converting warm leads into loyal, satisfied customers
* Achieving and exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Qualifications
* Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or a customer-facing role preferred, with a strong focus on delivering excellent customer service
* Confident communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage positively with customers
* Basic technical proficiency, including experience with the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel), and the ability to quickly learn new systems and software
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and eagerness to develop a career in travel and sales
