Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, create, and manage content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and RedNote (as a bonus).
* Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with the brand and marketing objectives.
* Maintain content calendars, campaigns, and community engagement to grow audiences.
* Monitor analytics and prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
* Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
* Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and emerging platforms.
Qualifications & Skills:
* Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
* Minimum 2 years of experience managing social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook).
* Experience in RedNote marketing or content creation is highly desirable.
* Strong understanding of content strategy, audience growth, and social media analytics.
* Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling skills in English (Mandarin is an advantage).
* Familiarity with graphic and video tools such as Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite.
* Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
