About The Opportunity
Securecorp is excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for a Security Site Manager in Melbourne's South East.
This is Full Time opportunity for someone passionate about leadership and security operations.
Monday - Friday 7:00AM- 5:00PM (50 hours)
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee day-to-day security operations across the center
* Lead and manage the full security team
* Ensure compliance with all security protocols and procedures
* Monitor and drive team performance
* Deliver on-site training and development for team members
* Manage and enforce center policies
* Maintain accurate KPI tracking and reporting
Key Selection Criteria
We're Looking For Candidates Who
* Hold a current Security License and valid First Aid & CPR certification – Control Room Endorsement preferred
* Have proven experience in supervising a team
* Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Can work collaboratively in a team or independently
