QUALIFIED BAKER (ANZSCO )
The Position
Reporting to the Bakery Operations Manager, this key role will assist with producing our large range of gourmet baked foods daily. You will also assist with:
* Stock control/ordering,
* Quality control,
* Production planning and
* Maintaining cleanliness and OH&S standards.
This is a hands-on role in which 95% of your time will be spent at the bench mixing, cutting, kneading and moulding alongside the Baking Team.
This is a full-time salaried role averaging 38 hours/week across 5 out of 7 days in the week. This role will include working weekends and public holidays when required. The shift starts in the afternoon (2pm) and runs through until the evening.
Any additional hours worked above your salary will be accrued and paid out on a 6-monthly basis.

Skills and Experience
* Trade qualification
* Minimum 2+ years’ experience as a Baker
* Experience in scratch baking from start to finish inc mixing dough's, hand moulding and oven work
* Be willing to learn and excel in your profession
* Be familiar with busy product output
* Sound knowledge of food safe principals.
