The Company has an extensive network of agents and other service providers and conducts more than 365,000 relocations/removals per year.
Our team at Australian Furniture Relocations Pty Ltd Emerald has an opportunity for a proactive, customer focused Receptionist/Administration Assistant to join their team on a fulltime employee.
What's involved?
You'll work closely with our Branch Manager learning the ins and outs of what makes a high-performing removals branch run smoothly.
Who are we looking for?
The following skills and attributes are required:
• Ability to follow process and procedures
• Professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills when dealing with clients, other Allied Australian locations and internal colleagues where applicable
• Strong customer service focus
• Supporting the sales process with daily coordination of inspections
• Ability to organise and prioritise work to meet important deadlines including paperwork management and processing
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work as part of a small team, as well as managing their workload autonomously
• IT literate and experienced using the Microsoft Office suite, as well as willing to learn new systems and processes
• Answering all telephone calls promptly and direct to correct staff
• Maintain and produce documents as required
• To perform other clerical duties as requested
• General receptionist duties to welcome visitors and ensure they meet minimum safety standards if proceeding onsite
• Excellent communication skills are a must, availability to start immediately would be fantastic.
