A Support Specialist role has become available in one of the country's leading Federal Government Contact Centres.
The successful applicant will be responsible for managing complex technical issues, ensuring timely updates to stakeholders.
 * Deliver exceptional customer experiences through expert troubleshooting and clear communication.
 * Maintain accurate records of all incidents and interactions using ServiceNow.
 * Work collaboratively with transition teams to validate new solutions and ensure seamless handovers.
Requirements:
 * A degree in IT or equivalent industry experience.
 * Proven expertise in complex technical environments and strong problem-solving skills.
 * Deep domain knowledge essential for success in this role.
 * Working knowledge of contact centre solutions, SIP technologies and Session Border Controllers.
 * Experience managing call recording systems and their integration.
 * Understanding of ITIL frameworks, especially Change, Incident and Problem Management.
 * Australian citizenship and eligibility for Federal Government security clearance.
