About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team and drive growth across a defined region.
You'll develop and execute sales strategies, strengthen relationships with key accounts, and identify opportunities to expand market share.
The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on sales management, making it ideal for someone who thrives on delivering results and fostering long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team
Drive sales growth and profitability within the region
Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve KPIs and targets
Manage and grow key customer accounts, ensuring exceptional service and retention
Collaborate with internal teams to align production, marketing, and sales efforts
Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions
Oversee budgets, forecasts, and reporting on sales performance
Skills & Experience
5+ years' sales management experience, ideally in buidling supplies, manufacturing, industrial, or B2B environments
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Strong account management skills, including contract negotiation and customer relationship development
Experience managing regional sales operations and working cross-functionally
Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills
Commercial acumen with strong analytical and decision-making abilities
Familiarity with CRM systems and data-driven sales strategies
