Join a dynamic construction team in South Kingsville as a Contract Administrator, supporting the successful delivery of construction projects across all phases.
This is a temporary opportunity with potential for permanent placement for the right candidate. Working Holiday Visa holders with relevant construction experience are encouraged to apply.
About the Role
As a Contract Administrator, you'll play a key role in ensuring construction projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to required specifications. You’ll work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to manage contracts, procurement, cost reporting, and compliance documentation.
Key Responsibilities
* Source and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations
* Prepare and manage subcontract agreements and work orders
* Perform take-offs and maintain cost tracking reports
* Manage relationships with subcontractors and suppliers
* Submit and track progress claims and variations
* Support procurement and documentation throughout the project lifecycle
* Onsite stock management for currenting and upcoming projects
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in a Contract Administrator (or similar) role within construction
* Strong understanding of procurement, tendering, and contract management
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
