What you'll be doing:
* Setting up, maintaining, and servicing agricultural machinery
* Performing diagnostics and repairs in the field
* Supporting growers with technical advice and solutions
* Working with innovative sprayers and precision ag technologies
What we're looking for:
* Mechanical trade background (ag/mechanical/diesel preferred)
* Can-do attitude and willingness to adapt to a dynamic role
* Ability to work independently and solve problems on the go
* Strong communication and customer service skills
