We are seeking a Relationship Manager to join our growing team. This is an outstanding opportunity for a motivated professional to work closely with senior consultants, manage sophisticated client portfolios, and contribute to delivering exceptional client outcomes.
The Role
As a Relationship Manager, you will:
* Liaise directly with high-net-worth clients to implement and manage their investment portfolios.
* Review client portfolios and long-term investment strategies.
* Make appropriate investment recommendations under consultant supervision.
* Provide strategic advice to existing clients under the guidance of a consultant.
* Prepare and produce quarterly client portfolio reviews.
* Report on client portfolios across a diverse range of asset classes, including deposits, fixed interest, government and corporate bonds, equities (domestic and international), managed funds, property trusts, syndications, and alternative investments.
* Manage placement of funds and liaise with fund managers, brokers, and other investment professionals.
* Source and interpret research from brokers, fund managers, and research houses.
* Oversee new client implementation processes.
* Provide support with administration, including data entry, reporting, and coordination of client information (with assistance from the Operations Administrator).
* Respond to accounting and audit queries relating to client portfolios.
Experience & Qualifications
The ideal candidate will bring:
* Minimum 3 years' experience in financial planning, wealth management, or a similar client services role.
* Tertiary qualifications in Finance or Business.
* Advanced Diploma of Financial Planning (or equivalent) highly regarded.
* Experience with Fin365 highly regarded.
* Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Strong attention to detail.
