The role: Lead Educator
Lead and develop the curriculum in collaboration with educators, children and families
Lead and facilitate the cycle of planning and documentation of learning
Actively engage with and role model current compliance practices
Champion children's learning and development to support their strong sense of identity, wellbeing, confidence and connection to the world.
What you'll bring
Diploma in Early Childhood Education or working towards
In-depth knowledge of EYLF, NQS, and inquiry-based learning
Driven to provide outstanding education and care to young children
Aligned to the educational philosophy of Reggio Emilia
Experience in leading a room or team
Current WWCC and First Aid
