Job Role Overview

This role involves working closely with customers, building relationships, and gaining their trust. Responsibilities include assisting with the basics that benefit customers, understanding their goals, and linking them with activities to enhance their skillset if needed.

Your Skills and Qualifications

* Solutions-focused with a positive mindset
* Self-confident and motivated
* Strong organisational and administrative skills
* Resilient, empathetic, and a team player
* Able to obtain a Working with Children/Vulnerable People Card/Blue Card and Police Clearance
* Able to obtain a registered myGOVID name prior to commencing employment
