Coating & Insulation Supervisor – CERES Project (Karratha, WA)
Clough, in partnership with Saipem, is delivering the CERES urea plant – a landmark project for Western Australia and the largest in Australia. The plant will be the largest in the country and one of the largest in the world, using the most sustainable production processes.

Responsibilities
* Oversee the planning, execution, and supervision of coating & insulation activities.
* Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, quality standards, and company procedures.
* Lead and manage a team of technicians, ensuring high performance and effective teamwork.
* Monitor progress and troubleshoot issues to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
* Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks to ensure optimal standards.
* Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Requirements
* Ability to work on a 19:9 rotation to site (Karratha).
* Proven experience supervising Coating & Insulation projects.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* In‐depth knowledge of SMP systems, safety protocols, and industry standards.
* Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively under pressure.
* Proactive attitude with excellent organizational skills.
* 10+ years' experience in a supervisory role.
