This is why we are seeking a visionary leader to join our executive team as the new General Manager, People & Culture.

About the Role:

The General Manager, People & Culture will be the architect of our employee experience, the champion of our values, and the driving force behind a workplace where our team of approximately 80 talented individuals can thrive, innovate, and feel a deep sense of connection to their purpose.

As a trusted advisor to the CEO, executive team, and Board, you will provide strategic counsel on all matters relating to people, culture, and organisational effectiveness. Your mandate will be to enhance an established proactive, people‑centric function that is deeply integrated into the fabric of our organisation. You will lead the development and implementation of a holistic People & Culture strategy that attracts and retains top talent while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.

Your Contribution

* Culture & Engagement: Design and lead initiatives that cultivate a positive, inclusive, and high‑performing culture. You will be the custodian of our organisational values, ensuring they are embedded in everything we do.
* Leadership & Capability: Coach and partner with executive leaders, enhancing their ability to lead with empathy, inspire teams, and drive performance and accountability.
* Organisational Design & Change: Act as a key architect in our organisational evolution, advising on structure, role design, and championing change management with sensitivity and transparency to support our people throughout transformation.
* Performance and Engagement: Reimagine our approach to onboarding, performance, and accountability, creating a seamless and enriching employee journey and developing a framework for talent development and succession planning.
* Employee Relations & Well‑being: Champion a proactive, fair, and supportive approach to employee relations, well‑being and safety, ensuring our people feel psychologically and physically safe at work.

About You

You are a contemporary and influential people and culture leader with a strategic mindset and the ability to connect across all levels of an organisation. You are a natural coach, a trusted confidant, and a courageous leader who is not afraid to challenge the status quo to achieve better outcomes for people and the business.

You possess a strong foundation in the technical aspects of human resources, but your true passion lies in the strategic interplay between people, culture, and organisational success. You have a proven track record of shaping positive workplace cultures and leading successful change initiatives.
