We're looking for an organised, proactive, and people-focused Workshop Coordinator to keep a busy service operations running like clockwork. Based in Tullamarine and reporting to the Service Manager, you'll coordinate and support customer and fleet service jobs for our busy workshop.
You'll be:
* Scheduling and managing workshop jobs in Syrinx
* Liaising with workshop teams to keep jobs on track
* Closing and invoicing jobs promptly
* Tracking open jobs and following up as needed
* Being a friendly and reliable point of contact for customers
* Providing backup support for field service coordinators
What You'll Bring
* Experience in service coordination, scheduling, or administration (preferred)
* Strong admin and data entry skills
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
* A positive, can-do attitude and commitment to safety
* Ability to multitask in a busy environment
* Basic MS Word, Excel & Outlook skills
