About the Opportunity
You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders and business partners to develop and maintain detailed schedules in SAP to evaluate, plan, and manage programs shutdowns for their Central Queensland refinery.
Your primary objective will be to create and maintain schedules, but you may also assist in managing project costs.
This is a fixed-term role based in the Gladstone office, suitable for someone located in the area.
Main Responsibilities
1. Create, maintain, and manage executable work orders and accurate short-term plans aligned to the maintenance strategy.
2. Manage the Shutdown schedule and advise on priorities to maintain critical path.
3. Schedule resources as per the approved Pre, Execute, and Post Shut Schedules.
4. Provide in-field area progress tracking.
5. Produce daily discipline look-ahead schedules.
6. Update outage milestone tracking, including delays encountered.
Required Skills and Experience
1. Proven experience in a project controls/services environment in mining, oil/gas, or heavy industrial sectors.
2. Competencies in stakeholder engagement with internal parties within a project management environment.
3. SAP, Microsoft Suite, and Primavera6 knowledge required.
4. Demonstrated brownfield project planning across multiple projects simultaneously.
