About You
Due to continued growth, we are on the lookout for an experienced candidate to join our team, someone who can bring both expertise and enthusiasm to the role. You will have qualifications or studies in a relevant discipline, with application of hybrid project management methodologies aligned to project requirements being a distinct advantage.
Your professional experience will include proven success in a similar role, particularly in project or program management within medium to large organisations. You should be able to demonstrate effective communication skills with all levels of management, including senior leadership, and have a history of managing projects that involve agile implementation and complex integrations.

About The Role
Reporting to the Group Manager Business Improvement, this position will support Journey Beyond Projects and Growth with the management and delivery of the continuous improvement program and Better Beyond projects. The Journey Beyond Group Project Management Office (PMO) also supports the "Always Growing" Strategic Plan reporting to the Executive General Manager Growth.
The core focus of the role will be on facilitating the project management of key Better Beyond projects and strategic growth projects for the Corporate Division, with support of other Operational Business Better Beyond projects as required.
You will be required to work with all levels of management and Group to ensure timelines are met and project issues are resolved and progressed, ensuring the Better Beyond program maintains momentum and delivers results.
Additional key responsibilities will include:
Work with management and PMO to manage project resourcing and dependencies
Provide advice and coaching to management who are new to the program
Develop project schedules and budgets
Run all program meetings and minute key actions
Be an efficient task master of timelines – liaise with managers, supervisors and coordinate the efforts of others to achieve completion of projects to suit client needs
Organise and supervise project staff and approve contractors
Monitor progress of project expenditure and risks, and take corrective action if necessary
Work proactively with the GM of Business Improvement and EGM of Growth to align program activities with the goals of the overall Journey Beyond organisation.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual and ad-hoc reports and analysis for management and other key internal and external stakeholders
Maintain Better Beyond projects within agreed PMO system and reporting templates
Based at our head office in Adelaide additionally, this is the tourism industry so your willingness to travel across the breathtaking landscapes of Australia will be invaluable.
