A strong, skilled, and stakeholder-orientated Contract / Key Account Manager to support Integrated FM services, although the initial focus will predominantly be more Hard Services orientated. You will be qualified in Management or Facilities, with 8+ years Senior Contracts Management, Senior Key Accounts or Regional Management experience overseeing $40+ million contracts within the FM sector.

**Base Criteria**
Ideally qualified in Business, Engineering or Facilities Management along with a strong understanding of Facilities Management service delivery.

**Outline Duties**
Performing a lead role ensuring ongoing supply of high-quality Facilities Management services, providing senior operational and strategic client interface and direction, whilst driving corporate growth and service delivery strategies.
Manage and ensure the delivery of Facilities Management services, while leading a diverse workforce.
Lead, drive, support, mentor and coordinate management, supervisory and support staff (including contractors) undertaking work within the premises.
**Skills and Attributes**
- 8+ years Facilities, Contract or Key Account Management experience within a major Integrated FM environment managing the delivery of large or multi-site contracts.
- Strong experience in managing a team of facilities management, support and front-line staff providing clear goals, direction, and timescales to ensure their effective achievement of objectives.
- An excellent communicator, with fluent English language skills, you will provide clear and concise instructions, management and strategic plans and undertake internal and external stakeholder interface.
- Engaging personality and strong presentation skills, able to delegate responsibilities to ensure efficiency of time.
- Personal commitment and drive to ensure a continuous programme of best practice, innovation, business optimisation, and industry leadership.
- A strong manager who can engage fully with frontline staff (direct and contract), undertake walk-rounds, yet provide strategic direction and head-office support and stakeholder engagement.
