Reliable Conveyor Belt is an independent, Australian owned company with 8 branches across NSW, WA and QLD specialising in servicing conveyor systems. Established in 1973, Reliable Conveyor Belt has an enviable reputation for excellence and is regarded as an industry leader.

We are seeking applicants with the following qualities:

- Safely and proficiently operate a variety of tools including but not limited to drills, impacts, grinders
- Safely and proficiently operate equipment
- Follow project instructions from Branch Manager and Supervisor
- Ability to conduct inspections, and repair of conveyor belt systems - identifying issues and implementing solutions.
- Determine material needs and cut material prior to work to minimise waste.
- Assist in the performance of preventative maintenance and troubleshooting to minimise conveyor downtime.
- Ability to ensure that designs and finished work are within specifications, regulations and contract provisions.
- Ability assembling and installing new and modified conveyor assemblies, components, machine tools and controls, and hydraulic power systems.
- Work collaboratively with engineers, conveyor technicians, site supervisors and coordinators.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all activities.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to work unsupervised as and when required.
- Commitment to the highest WHS&E standards.
- Previous experience in heavy industry an advantage.

About you:
**Certification and Experience**: You hold a relevant qualification and bring substantial hands-on experience in conveyor systems, or engineering support, ideally within the conveyor industry.

**Technical Skills**: You possess solid technical skills in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing conveyor systems. You have experience with preventive maintenance, and you're skilled in reading and interpreting technical drawings and diagrams.

**Soft Skills**: With excellent communication, time management, and multitasking abilities, you work well both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

**Adaptability and Learning**: You're a proactive learner who is always looking for ways to enhance efficiency and reliability in your work.

**Licenses and Certifications**: You hold a valid driver's license, and additional tickets such as a forklift license, elevated work platform certification, or confined space certification are a plus.

Pay: $75,500.00 - $76,515.00 per year
