Kids First Australia Southern Cross Kindergarten is seeking warm, committed casual Teachers and Educators to join our team in Endeavour Hills. As a casual team member, you will:
* Support the delivery of engaging, inclusive early learning programs
* Embed or learn our trauma-informed practice model
* Build safe, trusting relationships with children and families
* Work collaboratively with a dedicated and experienced team
* Step into shifts as needed across the week, with flexibility to suit your lifestyle
We welcome applications from educators who bring:
* Experience in early childhood education (preferred)
* Knowledge of trauma-informed practice, or a willingness to learn
* A strong commitment to child safety and wellbeing
* Great communication and teamwork skills
* ECTs: VIT registration, ACEQA ECT approved qualification
* Educators: ACECQA approved Certificate III or Diploma
