We are excited to announce a new full-time, permanent position for a Marketing Manager with strong brand and digital marketing experience and expertise. If you are creative, results-oriented, and enjoy working collaboratively, you could be a great addition to our team of Marketing Managers and the wider Marketing, Communications, Strategy, and Growth group.
Reporting to the Senior Marketing & Digital Manager, you will leverage your brand, digital/website and UX skills to manage marketing activities for assigned corporate functions and brand initiatives, including strategy development and campaign execution.
As part of the brand remit, you will manage and optimise annual brand campaigns across various channels, including events, social media, email marketing, OOH, radio/TV, and paid digital advertising. Additionally, you will apply your brand management expertise to ensure brand guidelines, portals, collateral, assets, and channels are kept up to date and on brand.
In this role, you'll draw on your digital and traditional marketing skills and experience, within in a fast-paced, agile environment to update and improve website to support optimal user experience, boost and standardise brand awareness, and build strong stakeholder relationships that drive results.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to work collaboratively and effectively manage external suppliers and agencies in addition to;
* Bachelor's degree in marketing, or a related field
* Demonstrated relevant experience in marketing
* Experience with digital marketing channels and tools, including social media, email marketing, content management systems (CMS), and analytics platforms.
* Experience with Optimizely - preferred but not essential
* Experience using data and insights to inform strategy and continuous improvement
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Proficient in MS Office suite and marketing software/tools
* Copywriting, design and UX capability
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
* Willingness to obtain a Police Check
