Air Liquide Healthcare Australia are a leading and dedicated supplier of medical gases, homecare and sleep services. We specialise in respiratory diseases and have a strong reputation in sleep diagnostics and CPAP therapy.
Main Accountabilities
* Carry out the preventive and corrective maintenance operations of the medical devices, in compliance with procedures and regulatory compliance.
* Carry out the preventive and corrective maintenance on the production line.
* Realize reception and disinfection of medical devices.
* Record customer equipment returns in our ERP & Fault diagnosis.
* Perform preventive and curative maintenance of MDs.
* Establish customer quotes and perform follow-up.
* Prepare material transfers to customers & edit delivery notes.
* Responsible for telephone customer contact, mailbox management.
* Unpack and pack devices before customer shipment.
Differentiating Criteria
* Expertise in medical devices maintenance or industrial line maintenance.
* Complexity of problem solved: quite alone with the customer (for after sales technician: face to the customer at the hospital, for maintenance technician: face to operators and their manager).
Qualifications
* Technical Degree (2 years).
* 2 to 5 years experience.
