Network Operations Specialist
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Network Operations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering technical support for multiple clients in a managed services environment, specialising in Cisco and Fortinet technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Configure and maintain routers, switches, wireless networks, and FortiGate firewalls across customer environments.
2. Manage escalations and coordinate with third-party service providers to resolve critical network outages.
3. Provide mentorship and guidance to Level 1 Network Engineers as needed.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
