**The Role**:
As an Application Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing level 2 service and support in accordance with established ITIL practices, you will undertake root cause analysis and replication steps for key vendors.
You will develop and maintain systems and program documentation, you will also need to liaise with other IT teams and the wider business to resolve problems, in addition to this you will be required to investigate and remediate incidents involving bespoke broking software such as iBais and evolution.
**About You**:
Any experience in the insurance sector or financial services is highly regarded, as well as insurance Tier 1 or Tier 2 Compliance certification would be highly regarded.
