Role Overview: Senior Business Analyst The Senior Business Analyst will play a critical role in supporting major system integration and capability uplift initiatives across the organization.
This position focuses on two key streams:
1. System Integrations (AAL to Vertaview) Responsible for enabling the successful transition of the All About Living (AAL) business into Vertaview by leading system integration activities, including: Finance Systems: Migration from MYOB Incident Management: Transition from AleaCare to MOA Learning Management: Shift from Elmo Learn to Litmos Key activities include requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring seamless data and process migration.
2. ERP Uplift (FinOps) Focused on enhancing ERP capability within the Finance Operations team through: Current State Assessment Gap Analysis Process Improvement Change Guidance Advisory on Best-Practice Utilisation of ERP This stream aims to optimize financial processes, improve system adoption, and drive operational efficiency.
