Based in our Lockleys SA office for a full-time role, as the Team Member Mortgage Operations, you will play an integral role in the development of a cohesive team environment and in building effective relationships with business partners across other teams in Group Operations and the wider Westpac Group. Responsibilities include completing customer requests, communicating with customers via email and telephone, and working with stakeholders across the group to achieve an expected outcome for our customers.
You will work to ensure you remain focused on the delivery of quality output, following Westpac protocol, policies and procedures when completing functional activities.
Responsibilities
Complete customer requests, communicate with customers via email and telephone, and collaborate with stakeholders across the group to achieve customer outcomes.
Build cohesive team relationships and develop effective partnerships with business units in Group Operations and the wider Westpac Group.
Deliver quality output in line with Westpac policies and procedures.
What do I need? / Qualifications
Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with a diverse stakeholder group
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Willing to learn and contribute to the success of the team
Ability to take initiative and identify areas of opportunity
Positive can-do attitude and adaptability to change
Commitment to work the hours 8am–4:30pm, Monday to Friday, with high due diligence and strong attention to detail
Driven to collaborate and work as a team to achieve customer outcomes on tight deadlines
